We are a Full Service Cleaning Company offering Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, End of Season Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Windows, Organization, Changeover Cleaning. We are Crazy about Cleaning and it shows in the details we take.
SERVICES
Clean
Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly cleaning includes all surfaces being dusted, kitchen cleaned & sanitzed, all appliances being wiped down, bathrooms cleaned and santized, all floors being done (vacuumed, Swept and/or mopped) - Then there are a special details that we pay attention to.
Changover Cleaning
Rental Changeovers are a good general cleaning to make sure that your property is ready for the next tenant coming in.
Window Cleaning
All Windows are washed Inside, Outside and Screens.
Spring Cleaning/End of Season
Spring Cleaning is a very through cleaning of your entire home. No surface goes untouched. All furniture is moved, baseboards, trim and doors are all wiped down, all light fixtures are cleaned, all heating vents are wiped, all blinds are dry dusted, kitchens are thoroughly cleaned, bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, floors are all thoroughly cleaned.
Construction Cleans
We offer a detailed Construction Clean for New Constructions. Remove all the Drywall Dust & Debris from your brand new home. Construction Cleans include windows inside and out, and all Surfaces cleaned.
The Construction site must be 90% Complete and there is a deposit requires for Construction Cleans. Pricing for Construction Cleans is done on a per square foot basis. All Construction Cleans also receive a one time Over all Dusting when Furniture is placed in house.
With the amount of Drywall Dry that is in the property we also highly suggest getting your Heating Vents cleaned out before you turn on your Heat/AC as all dust tends to settle in the vents - This is an additional service that can be added to the clean, but isn't included as some contractors have it already done for the new home owner.
Commercial Cleaning
We offer specialized commercial cleaning to suit the needs of our clients. We will clean how often you would like and we will do what is asked.
Carpet Cleaning
Clean and Deodorize carpets through-out your house or just have a room or two that needs to be completed...
Organization
Don't feel like Organizing your house...Well now you don't have to. We can do it for you. Want just a basic cleaning out of your cabinets and them set up to all be nice and neat or have a kids room that is just out of control and you don't know where to begin to make it better - We are here to help!
Outside Furniture
Don't know what to do with your Furniture in the winter, or just don't feel like dealing with it in the fall and spring. Well we will help you put your furniture away for the season and bring it back out in the spring.
