ORDERING

Look over the Website - use the Contact Page to send your requests & services or send email to APMCleaningServices14@gmail.com.  After an invoice is created it will be emailed to you with a contract to sign.  Credit Card info is required to hold your reservation.  Credit Card will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival.  It is highly suggested that you book your reservations for these services as soon as you know your vacation dates.  We will accomodate any rent schedule (Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday).   

 

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order or make changes to your order up to 7 days prior to your arrival.  If you cancel after 7 days there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee or a $25.00 change order fee.

 

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made on Fridays & Saturdays between 10:00am and 5:00pm. All items will be appropriately packed, clean and dry.

You are responsible to check our delivery to ensure that you received all of the items that you ordered. You will be provided with an inventory sheet to make this process as easy as possible. You are responsible to keep the containers that is used for delivery clean and safe. You will be returning the items to that container at the end of your stay.

 

DURING YOUR STAY

No Items will be picked up or washed during the week of your stay.  If you need additional items, please call or email and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

 

Please do not use anything but beach towels at the beach.

 

If you wash our items during your stay please wash whites with whites & beach towels with beach towels

 

DEPARTURE DAY

On your departure day it is your responsibility to have all the items delivered to you in the container in which they were delivered.
The items must be by the front door by 9:30 AM.

We do not strip beds even if we made them prior to your arrival

 

If we have to go into the house to retrieve our items there will be an additional charge to your credit card. Depending on time spent retrieving our items

 

DAMAGE or LOST ITEMS

Items must be returned undamaged (including but not limited to rips, tears, burns and stains)

SALES TAX

APM Cleaning Services, LLC. charges sales tax based on the applicable state sales tax rate in New Jersey.
